Welcome to the OFFICIAL website of the second annual 2010 Rocket Run 5K and Fun Walk!
The 2010 Rocket Run 5k and Fun Walk is a fundraising event that benefits local non-profit organizations that have strived to make our community a better place to live. The race is being organized and put on for the second year by John Kostelnak, Michael Petronek, and Michael Mangine. The Race will take place on April 24th, 2010 and will begin at Lowellville High School. This road course will proceed through the streets of Lowellville, Ohio and will end back at the High School where it started. This course is good for young, old, experienced, and inexperienced runners who are looking to take on a challenge. With only two main streets that make up this entire village, Lowellville is an ideal venue to hold such an event. The fun walk will take place on Lowellville High School's state of the art track while the run is in progress. This is a non-profit event and all proceeds will go to directly benefit the Saint Vincent de Paul Society of Youngstown, Ohio. Information on the race can be found below. If received before April 17: $15.00 (includes T-shirt)
Race Day 5K Registration: $20.00 (T-shirt if quantities last)

Registration: $15.00 for Adults, $10.00 for Children (T-Shirts can be purchased at race)
